Day 1
Instructions:

Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat, add a little vegetable oil and cook burgers 4 -5 mins each side until golden and cooked through. Deep fry or boil the potatoes and quickly fry carrot juliene for 2 mins with a drop of vegetable oil. Or add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of mustard, juice of 1 lemon or orange to the carrot julienne and season with salt and pepper.


Day 2
Instructions:

Cook the sausages for 5 min in frying pan till brown on all sides. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 8/10 min till tender, strain and add a knob of butter and season with salt & pepper. Cook the turnip in boiling salted water for 5 min until tender. Strain off the water, add a knob of butter or mash with a knob of butter and 2 tablespoons of Milk or Cream

Day 3
Instructions:

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add chicken and cook for 12 min, turning once, making sure it's cooked thoroughly. Heat a frying pan add a teacup of vegetable oil and brown the sliced potatoes on each side 10 min until crisp and tender, season with salt & pepper. Cook the carrots & parsnips in boiling salted water for 5 min or till tender. Strain off water, add a knob of butter or mash with a knob of butter and 2 tablespoons of milk or cream.

Day 4
Instructions:

Cook the burger in George Foreman for 5 min. Cook chips in fat fryer at 180 degrees for 10 min. Remove and season with salt & pepper. Cook the veg in boiling salted water for 5 min, strain off water and season with salt & pepper add a knob of butter.
