Day 1
Instructions:

Over a high heat add a little vegetable oil to wok or frying pan. Add the chicken and stir fry for 2 mins, add vegetable stir fry mix and cook for a further 2 mins. Season with salt and pepper.

 
Day 2
Instructions:

Coat the chop in a little veg oil, season with salt & pepper and cook in George Foreman for 6 min or in frying pan for 8min, turning once. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 8/10 min till tender, strain and add a knob of butter and season with salt & pepper. Cook the cabbage in boiling salted water for 5 min, strain off water and season with salt & pepper add a knob of butter.

Day 3
Instructions:

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add chicken and cook for 12 min, turning once, making sure it's cooked thoroughly. Heat a frying pan add a teacup of vegetable oil and brown the sliced potatoes on each side 10 min until crisp and tender, season with salt & pepper. Cook the carrots in boiling salted water for 5 min until tender, strain off water and season with salt & pepper add a knob of butter.

Day 4
Instructions:

Cook the sausages in frying pan for 5 min until brown on all sides. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 8/10 min till tender, strain and add a knob of butter and season with salt & pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pot over high heat. Stir the Ratatouille mix for 2 min, season with salt & pepper, add a small tin of tomato soup and simmer for 5 min & serve.
