Day 1
Instructions:

Over a high heat add a little vegetable oil to wok or frying pan. Add the pork and stir fry for 2 mins, add vegetable stir fry mix and cook for a further 2 mins. Season with salt and pepper.

 
Day 2
Instructions:

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil add chicken and cook for 12 min, turning once, making sure it's cooked thoroughly. You could also cook in George Foreman for 8/10min. Heat a frying pan add a teacup of vegetable oil and brown sliced potatoes on each side 10 min until crisp and tender, season with salt & pepper. Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for 5 min or till tender. Strain off water, add a knob of butter or mash with a knob of butter and 2 tablespoons of milk or cream.

Day 3
Instructions:

Dice the chicken into about 8 pieces & heat a frying pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add chicken and cook for 12 min, making sure it's cooked thoroughly. Cook the chips in fat fryer at 180 degrees for 5 min. Remove and season with salt & pepper. Put a little piece of each vegetable on a skewer with a piece of chicken in between each veg. Cook in Frying pan for 4 min each side.

Day 4
Instructions:

Cook rashers in George Foreman for 4/5 min. Cook the wedges in fat fryer at 180 degrees for 10 min. Remove and season with salt & pepper. Heat a frying pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add stir fry mix and cook for 2/3 min. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey and season with salt & pepper.
